WASHINGTON, July 7 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Deep Seabed Mining: Revisions to Regulations for Exploration License and Commercial Recovery Permit Applications.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 7 by Laura Grimm, Chief of Staff, Performing the Duties of Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and NOAA Administrator, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
