WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Port Everglades Harbor Navigation Improvement Project, Broward County Florida.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
