NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: TAKING AND IMPORTING MARINE MAMMALS; TAKING MARINE MAMMALS INCIDENTAL TO GEOPHYSICAL SURVEYS IN THE GULF OF AMERICA

WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Geophysical Surveys in the Gulf of America.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 24 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
