WASHINGTON, July 24 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Hydaburg Seaplane Base Refurbishment Project in Hydaburg, Alaska.
