WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Pacific Gas & Electric Sediment Remediation Project, Remedial Response Area C, San Francisco Bay.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 5 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
