NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: MARINE MAMMALS AND ENDANGERED SPECIES

WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals and Endangered Species.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 20 by Shannon Bettridge, Chief, Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Conservation Division, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: Notice is hereby given that a permit and a permit amendment have been issued under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA), as applicable.
