NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: MARINE MAMMALS AND ENDANGERED SPECIES

WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals and Endangered Species.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 4 by Shannon Bettridge, Chief, Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Conservation Division, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: Notice is hereby given that permits and a permit amendment have been issued under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA), as applicable.
