WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals; File No. 29090.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 18 by Shannon Bettridge, Chief, Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Conservation Division, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: Notice is hereby given that Mark Clementz, Ph.D, University of Wyoming, 1000 East University Avenue, Laramie, WY 82071, has applied in due form for a permit to import and export marine mammal parts for scientific research.
