WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Fishing Capacity Reduction Program for the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands King and Tanner Crab Fisheries.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 17 by Brian T. Pawlak, Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer, Director, Office of Management and Budget, National Marine Fisheries Service.
