WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program Permit and License Information Collection.
