NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: TECHNICAL AMENDMENT TO THE UNIFORM PROCEDURES FOR STATE HIGHWAY SAFETY GRANT PROGRAMS

WASHINGTON, July 15 -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Technical Amendment to the Uniform Procedures for State Highway Safety Grant Programs.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 15 by Peter Simshauser, Chief Counsel.

Summary: This final rule makes technical amendments to the Uniform Procedures for State Highway Safety Grant Programs to remove references to rescinded Executive Orders.
