NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: IMPLEMENTING THE WHISTLEBLOWER PROVISIONS OF THE VEHICLE SAFETY ACT

WASHINGTON, March 3 -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Implementing the Whistleblower Provisions of the Vehicle Safety Act.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 3 by Peter Simshauser, Chief Counsel.

Summary: This notice announces that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will not enforce the requirements of the final rule titled "Implementing the Whistleblower Provisions of the Vehicle Safety Act" until March 20, 2025.
