WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; FMVSS No. 305a Electric-Powered Vehicles: Electric Powertrain Integrity Global Technical Regulation No. 20; Incorporation by Reference.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 14 by Peter Simshauser, Chief Counsel.
