WASHINGTON, May 30 -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Removing Obsolete Procedures From the Consumer Assistance to Recycle and Save Act of 2009.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 30 by Peter Simshauser, Chief Counsel.
