WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- National Assessment Governing Board has issued a notice called: Seeking Initial Public Comment Prior To Updating the Civics Assessment Framework for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Lesley Muldoon, Executive Director, National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB), U.S. Department of Education.
