Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) today joined as an original cosponsor of the Transgender Bill of Rights, a resolution offered by Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (WA-07) that provides a comprehensive framework for protecting the rights of transgender and non-binary people.
Congressman Moulton has been a proud co-sponsor of this resolution since its original introduction in the 117th Congress. This year's resolution increases focus on President Trump's discriminatory anti-trans executive orders and the need to prevent harm to transgender service members and immigrants.
