Today, Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) questioned Waymo Chief Safety Officer Dr. Mauricio Pena on his company's plans for putting Chinese Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) on American streets. Senator Moreno also questioned Dr. Pena on whether or not Waymo plans to collect data on users for the purpose of targeted advertising.
