WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Mine Safety and Health Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Electronic Surveying Equipment in Underground Mines.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by James P. McHugh, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy, Mine Safety and Health Administration.
