Over the weekend, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Emeritus Michael McCaul - chairman of the Mexico-United States Interparliamentary Group (IPG) - led a bipartisan congressional delegation (CODEL) to Mexico. While there, the delegation met with Mexican lawmakers and other government officials to identify ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation on pressing topics including regional security, counternarcotics, immigration, trade, and agriculture.
