WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Maritime Administration has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations Regarding Priority and Allocation Rules and Port Utilization.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by T. Mitchell Hudson, Secretary, Maritime Administration.
