MARITIME ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE FOR DOMESTIC MARITIME WORKFORCE TRAINING AND EDUCATION NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY FOR DESIGNATION

WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Maritime Administration has issued a notice called: Centers of Excellence for Domestic Maritime Workforce Training and Education Notice of Opportunity To Apply for Designation.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 12 by T. Mitchell Hudson, Secretary, Maritime Administration.

Summary: The Maritime Administrator, after consultation with the United States Coast Guard, may designate a domestic maritime training or education entity as a Center of Excellence for Domestic Maritime Workforce Training and Education (CoE).
