JABALPUR, India, Feb. 5 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 7:
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that there are certain statements erroneously recorded in the impugned order. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of appellants to approach the writ court by way of a review petition.
In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
