JABALPUR, India, Feb. 5 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 7:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain assurances have been given by the department, accordingly, he seeks to withdraw this petition reserving the right of the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings, if so required in the future.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
