This is an application on behalf of petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh composite petition. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that certain developments have taken place after filing of the petition which necessitate filing of fresh composite petition. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
