U.S. Senators Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.), Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.), and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) joined forces with U.S. Representatives Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) to call on Attorney General Pam Bondi to provide a briefing on the U.S. Department of Justice's efforts to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Actand fully release the Epstein Files by December 19, 2025-as required by the law.
Lujan, Merkley, Murkowski, Massie, and Khanna's letter comes as the Justice Department is legally required to release all the Epstein Files within the law's 30-day requirement.
