Today, Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) and Congressman Lance Gooden (R-TX) re-introduced the Credit Card Competition Act. The Senate companion bill is being led by Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS).
