Today, US Senator James Lankford (R-OK), Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D. (R-NC-03), led their colleagues in sending a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Dr. Mehmet Oz, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator, urging immediate regulatory action to protect the conscience rights of medical residents in graduate medical education programs.
