U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) met with Bridgette Norring of Hastings, Minnesota, the founder of the Devin J. Norring Foundation. Her son, Devin, tragically died at the age of nineteen from fentanyl poisoning in 2020 after purchasing a pill on Snapchat he believed was Percocet to help relieve his migraines. In his honor, his family started the Devin J. Norring Foundation to raise awareness about the dangers of dealers selling fake pills and other illicit substances online.
