JUDICIAL CONFERENCE OF THE UNITED STATES ISSUES NOTICE: ADJUSTMENT OF CERTAIN DOLLAR AMOUNTS APPLICABLE TO BANKRUPTCY CASES

WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- Judicial Conference Of The United States has issued a notice called: Adjustment of Certain Dollar Amounts Applicable to Bankruptcy Cases.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 4 by Joseph T. Phillips, Chief, Judicial Services Office.

Summary: Certain dollar amounts in the United States Code applicable to bankruptcy cases are adjusted to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the most recent 3-year period ending immediately before January 1, 2025.
