RANCHI, India, Feb. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 5:
1. Heard the parties.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:-
"For consideration of the case of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Amin Grade III (in the case of the petitioner No.1 to the post Amin Grade III and thereafter Amin Grade II) on the ground that they completed the time period for promotion as stipulated in the Rule 8 (iii) of the Jharkhand State Amin Cadre (Appointment, Promotion & Other Service Condition) Rule, 2013 since the due date of promotion with all consequential benefits"
