RANCHI, India, Feb. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 5:
1. Heard the Parties.
2. The petitioner in this writ petition, prays to quash the order dated 25.07.2025, contained in Case No.-02/Justice-1018/2023 /150 (Annexure-5). He also prays for regularization.
3. After hearing the parties and after going through the impugned order, I find that in WP(S) No.5999 of 2023, the Coordinate Bench of this Court directed the petitioner to file a representation before respondents, which was supposed to be considered by them.
