WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Utility Scale Wind Towers From Canada, Indonesia, South Korea, and Vietnam; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 7 by Susan Orndoff, Supervisory Attorney.
Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on utility scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, South Korea, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
