WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Kitchen Appliance Shelving and Racks From China; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 9 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.
Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
