WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products (Solar Panels) From China and Taiwan; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 17 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.
