WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Certain Smart Televisions; Notice of a Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Granting a Joint Motion To Terminate the Investigation in Its Entirety Based Upon Settlement.
