WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Ceramic Tile From China; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 18 by Sharon Bellamy, Supervisory Hearings and Information Officer.
Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on ceramic tile from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
