WASHINGTON, March 31 -- International Trade Administration has issued a rule called: Modernizing the Annexes of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Trade Remedy Regulations; Correction.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 31 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: On December 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) revised the annexes of the trade remedy regulations to modernize the administration of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) laws.
