WASHINGTON, June 4 -- International Trade Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Determining and Applying Unaffiliated Reseller Assessment Rates; Modification or Removal of Countervailing Duty Expedited Reviews.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 4 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
