WASHINGTON, June 6 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Vanillin From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 6 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that vanillin from the People's Republic of China (China) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is October 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
