WASHINGTON, July 28 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Vanillin From the People's Republic of China: Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 28 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on vanillin from the People's Republic of China (China).
