WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Algeria: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 19 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Algeria is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
