WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Stainless Steel Flanges From India: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2022.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 25 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsides are being provided to producers and exporters of stainless steel flanges from India during the period of review (POR) of January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
