WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Silicon Metal from Thailand: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 26 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
