WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Silicon Metal From Norway: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, and Alignment of Final Determination with Final Antidumping Duty Determination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 26 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
