WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Silicon Metal From Australia: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 9 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
