INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: SILICON METAL FROM ANGOLA: PRELIMINARY AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Silicon Metal From Angola: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 30 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that silicon metal (silicon) from Angola is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV).
