WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Procedures for Submissions by Importers of Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicles Qualifying for Preferential Tariff Treatment Under the USMCA To Determine U.S. Content.
