WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Paper File Folders From the Kingdom of Cambodia: Countervailing Duty Order.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 20 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing a countervailing duty (CVD) order on paper file folders from the Kingdom of Cambodia (Cambodia).
