WASHINGTON, Aug. 8 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Paper File Folders From Sri Lanka: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less-Than-Fair Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 8 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that imports of paper file folders (file folders) from Sri Lanka are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
