WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Paper File Folders From Sri Lanka: Antidumping Duty Order.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing an antidumping duty (AD) order on paper file folders (file folders) from Sri Lanka.
